Rental Conditions

RENTAL PERIOD

The shortest rental period is 24 hours. Delivery times are 1/3 for every 3 hours in delivery delays. In case of delays exceeding 3 hours in total, CDW (Casco) will be charged full day fee.

LONG TERM RENTALS

SINGLE DIRECTION

In the case of the city where the car is delivered and another city, the One Way Charge is applied irrespective of the rental period. You can call the Anatolian car rental office. You can call the Anatolian car rental office.

VEHICLE DELIVERY - VEHICLE LEAVE

We provide 24 hour uninterrupted service to our International Airports in our offices at any hour of the day, in other offices within the working hours of vehicle delivery and customer delivery is free of charge. Disclosure of Tools Required to Exit Working Hours except Inter-national Airports.

SERVICE FEE OF AIRWARES

There is no service charge from the airport for rents made to the Anatolian Car Rental Offices in the Inter-national Airports that provide uninterrupted service 24 hours a day.

DRIVER DOCUMENT - USE AGE

Persons who have at least 22 years of age and who have a valid driver's license for 2 years can rent a car. Luxury vehicles are obliged to be born at least 25 years old.

ADDITIONAL DRIVER

The tenant is required to register another driver of the external vehicle, but the driver's license and driving age rules apply to drivers who have valid identification and driving licenses. If there is no other record and the winner is found not to be registered but the driver has made it, the insurance will be invalid.

INCLUDED IN THE PRICES - NON-SPECIAL FEATURES

Maintenance limits of vehicles, vehicle maintenance costs and automobile insurance. Fuel, bridges, highway fees, traffic fines and insurances can not be provided with one way fare, delivery and pick-up fees, extra requests such as a baby seat, and Value Added Tax (VAT).

PAYMENT

All rental credit cards will be accepted in advance or at the payment of the rental fee.

ANATOLIAN CAR RENTALS AND THE TERMS OF THE VEHICLES CONSIDERED BY THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS ARE RESPONSIBLE TO CHANGE WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE.

TRAFFIC CRIMES
